Most recently, Sandra assisted us in selling our family home where we lived for 29 years. We loved this home and it was filled with so many important memories. This is an emotional process and Sandra was very sensitive to our bittersweet feelings about selling this property.

All the costs these staging, photography and marketing services are paid for by Sandra and are not billed to the seller. I am certain that the staging and marketing allowed us to achieve a higher selling price than if we had not had these wonderful services.
Sandra also was very careful in setting a price for our home. We understood that the right list price was important. Sandra spent countless hours doing research and carefully explained her rationale to us.
