We love that November is associated with thankfulness. Gratitude is one of the most important feelings we know of, second only to love. Around our office, we often find ourselves talking about the people and experiences we appreciate – but this month gives us an excuse to share that with you. We absolutely appreciate and value you.
We are Grateful for Our Clients
Something that makes our agency unique is that we are so strongly a referral-based business. We prefer to focus on building real, genuine, long-term relationships. That has worked well for us.
We get to know you and your family during what can be an emotional and stressful period of transition in your life. We don’t take that responsibility lightly. What is important to you, becomes important to us. So whether you’re reading this as a past, current, or a future client, just know that you are valued. We strive to be the kind of team you want to tell all your friends and family about. It’s very important to us that our reputation precedes us.

Coming into our office every day and working alongside people you truly care about, is one of life’s greatest blessings. We are there for each other, through the good times and the hard times. We know all about each others’ partners, kids, pets, and hobbies. We are involved in each others’ lives. We count our teammates as friends – not just as colleagues.
We added two new team members in 2022 (who are coincidentally both named Erin!) and are grateful for the talents they bring to the table!

The Greater Green Bay area is like no place else on earth. It is truly special and it demonstrates that over and over in so many ways. We love how down-to-earth the people are, and how local businesses and nonprofits support each other. The idiom ‘A rising tide lifts all boats’ couldn’t be more true. We see more collaboration than the competition in Green Bay and appreciate how the community has worked together through the years. Win or lose we are a tight city.
On a deeply personal note…
The death of my son Mitchell this past year has tested all three of these areas of gratefulness on a deep level for me. The response and circling of the wagons to make me and my family feel so loved and supported was truly overwhelming. I am still processing it all and I am deeply grateful for all of the communities that make up my life. Our clients, our team, and our community are indeed stellar and I love them fiercely. Thank you.
